A Blustery March Sunday Afternoon.

Ok, so the rest of the UK is basking in warm temperatures and up here in Shetland it is blowing a gale and has barely reached 7 degrees C. The winds are going to remain fresh to strong all week according to the forecast and swinging round more to the west which makes a change as for most the winter the winds have been south easterly which apparently is unusual for up here.

We have noticed that the daffodils are starting to show which is early for up here, last May when we visited Shetland the daffodils were out!
